The Van Sales Representative will be based in West Nile, Uganda. He/She is responsible for executing the organization’s sales strategy in collaboration with the After Market Supervisor. The role focuses on marketing and selling bicycles and bicycle spare parts, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market reach through networking and outreach activities. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, negotiating sales terms, maintaining customer databases, preparing sales reports, and providing market insights to support decision-making. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and participation in promotional events. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in sales or business development in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and persuasion skills, and the ability to analyze markets to drive revenue growth.
